Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this trade promotion lottery (“TPL”) you will be able to accept these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is B&R Enclosures Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 97 007 587 082) of 51 Stradbroke Street, Heathwood QLD 4110 (“the Promoter”).
3. The promotion commences on 15 December 2007 and closes at midnight on 14 December 2008 (“the Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period there will be monthly prize draws for the periods starting on the first day of each calendar month at 01:00am AEST and finishing on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59pm AEST(“Monthly Prize Draw”).
4. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who must be 18 years of age or older (’Eligible Entrants’). Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion.
Legal aged consumers should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are:
Males: Up to 6 standard drinks on anyone day, no more than 3 days a week
Females: Up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week

5. To enter and to be eligible to win the prize in paragraph 6, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, log on to www.brprize.com, follow the links to the online blog and be the first to correctly identify the monthly B&R prize by writing the correct answer in the comments on the blog entry.
5.1. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
5.2. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5.3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. There will be one prize awarded per month. Total prize pool value is $2,500.
6.1. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and date prizes are delivered is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
6.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.3. The prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter.
7. The Promoter will determine the first correct blog entry and identify the correct entry, and prize winner within 2 days after the entry has been made on the website.
8. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the winning entry being posted. The names and addresses of all winners of prizes valued at over $100.00 will be published in the Australian Newspaper within 30 days of the final Draw Date unless the winner has requested that their details are not to be published.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to require that winners provide proof of age, identity and residence at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a second chance or unclaimed prize draw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains unclaimed for 90 days at the end of a Draw Date then a second chance or unclaimed prize draw will take place at 51 Stradbroke Street, Heathwood, QLD 4110 to determine a second chance draw winner of the Monthly Prize Draw from the correct entries submitted. The second chance draw winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the Draw Date.
11. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding on all Eligible Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using (and disclosing to its agents, contractors and associated entities) the entrants personal information provided in connection with this TPL for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the TPL and awarding any prizes.
13. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this TPL
14. Subject to written authority from State Regulatory bodies the Promoter may in its absolute discretion suspend, cancel or recommence the promotion if: -
14.1. for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion; or
14.2. the determination of the prize winners or the delivery of the prizes is prevented or hindered by any outside agent or event including but not limited to vandalism, power failure, tempest, natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes or other industrial action.
