The winner was Paul who guessed a watch

I thought that this one would go off quickly, and it certainly did!

To explain why this is a watch, the picture shows faces and a watch also has a face…no surprises with that one. The other clue was that there are 2 faces, one old and one young, showing the passing of time. Putting the two together gives you a clock or in our case a watch.

Hope that explains it. I hope to see you all back next month. I think that one will go even quicker so be sure to check early!

Clue 1: A ball thrown high by someone, gives you enough room to catch it.

The winner was Ellen who guessed hotel accommodation.

This one was quite tricky so I thought you would like some explanation!

The image shows a a dog chasing a ball that has been thrown high over the skate park.

The clue I gave above is that “a ball thrown high” which is “Lobbed”. This is where it gets quite cryptic! The someone throwing the ball is the lobbee, or Lobby! That gives you “enough room to catch it”, with the room being a room in a hotel and once you have that, you have guessed it!

I can’t believe we came up with that one either!

Next months is a bit easier (well I think so, but then again, I know the answer), so hope to see you all back then.

Have a great month and congratulations Ellen!
